I was diagnosed with Graves Disease in July of 2021. Throughout this time, I has significant variations of my heart rate, resting at 130 in July 2021, and resting at 47 in March 2024. I quit taking Methimzaole in January 2024 and my symptoms and heart rate was as bad as July 2021, if not worse by August 2024. Since August 2023, I have worn various professional heart rate monitors. I preferred to use my Apple Watch as it is low profile and hardly an inconvience. There was a major issue however - the apple watch sample rate by default is every few minutes, so the data is not as accurate as necessary to closely monitor irregular heart rates. There are several apps which correct this issue and provide detailed heart rate insight, but they all either require a subscription or cost a lot of money. I designed Cardioscope to replace all of These for just 99 cents one time. Anyone who has an autoimmune condition or wants to closely monitor their health will benefit from Cardioscope. I hope it can help you as much as it has helped me.
